Steven Iain Preston: BBA (SA), was one of the founding Members of Xpand IT cc in 2001. He is also a Director and fifty percent shareholder of Xpand IT Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Initially he was involved in the marketing of the company and is now actively involved in sales and the daily management and running of the businesses.

Brett Eivind Scott: while studying towards his BCom at RAU, Brett started Xpand IT cc in partnership with Steven. From the outset of the business, Brett has focused on finding innovative IT solutions to solve Client's unique needs. Much of his experience was gained while assisting in running the System Performance and later the IT Service Desk at Discovery Health. He now focuses full time on the running of Xpand IT.
