1. Privacy Policy (POPI Compliance)

Your privacy is important and we respect this in the following policy:

Your ability to choose any of our services is entirely voluntary. In addition, you can let us know at any time that you no longer wish to receive such services, and you will be removed from our database.

  • We are committed to protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of the personal information you submit or share with us.

2. Quote Terms and Conditions

  • Quote Validity

    • Due to the volatility of the Rand, quotes are valid only for the day they are processed.
    • All unintentional errors and omissions are subject to correction.

  • Price Changes & Taxes

    • Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes.
    • Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, government duties, taxes, surcharges, freight, and other related costs without prior notice.

  • Foreign Exchange Rate Adjustments

    • Prices quoted are subject to foreign currency fluctuations.
    • If the Rand devalues against the US Dollar before goods are received by our supplier, Xpand IT reserves the right to adjust the amount payable accordingly.
    • If shipping, air freight, or other transportation costs increase, Xpand IT reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
    • If the manufacturer increases their price before goods are received, Xpand IT reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly.

  • Product Availability

    • Products and pricing are subject to availability.

3. Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Xpand IT until fully paid for.

Limitation of Liability

  • Xpand IT’s total liability under these Terms and any SLA shall be limited to the cumulative total of invoices paid under the relevant SLA in the three (3) months immediately preceding the cause of action.
  • Where the claim is in respect of any goods supplied, Xpand IT’s total liability shall not exceed the cost of such goods.
  • Irrespective of the cause of action, Xpand IT shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or other indirect loss or damages.
  • Xpand IT is not responsible for any lost profits, revenues, data, or any exemplary or punitive damages.
